Seawag Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organised by Seawag, a brand specialising in element-proof accessories, with its registered office at Seawag Europe Ltd, Leopardi building, office no.8, Triq Tal-Balal, San Gwann SGN9016, Malta.

2. Eligibility
•Open to residents of Europe who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
•Employees of Seawag, affiliated companies, partners, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
•No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period
•The Giveaway begins on 14 March 2025 and ends on 31 March 2025.
•Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Participants must:
•Follow @Seawag_Official on Instagram.
•Comment and tag 3 friends in the post (multiple comments = multiple entries).
•(Optional) Share the giveaway post on Instagram Stories via a public account for one bonus entry.

5. Prize
•2 Seawag Element-Proof Phone Cases.
•The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
•Seawag reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
•The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided address within 14 days.
•Seawag is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
•The winner(s) will be randomly selected using a random generator within 7 days after the giveaway ends.
•The winner(s) will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from @Seawag_Official.
•If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours via Instagram DM, Seawag reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Data Protection
•By entering, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of this giveaway, in accordance with GDPR regulations.
•Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the giveaway ends.

8. Rights & Responsibilities
•Seawag reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are fraudulent, inappropriate, or violate Instagram’s guidelines.
•Seawag is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
•Seawag reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond control require it.

9. Instagram Disclaimer
•This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Instagram.
•By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal of Malta, unless the nature of the dispute requires escalation to the Civil Court (First Hall).
